A native of New Jersey, Dr. Mull-Anthony has a vast lifetime of ministerial, humanitarian and educational experience. She has preached, conducted seminars and lead conferences in countries throughout Europe, Africa, South America and across the United States. President of Tulsa Together and an executive board member of the Tulsa Christian Minister's Alliance, she has been awarded citations from Tulsa's Mayor and Oklahoma Governor Keating for her community involvement. She was recently invited to join the National Conference for Community and Justice's Racial Reconciliation Project, where she will serve as speaker for the project's Religious Leader's Forum. She is also a presenter on the Tulsa Metropolitan Ministries Christian Unity Issues Task Force. 

Rev. Chyanna Mull-Anthony holds a Bachelor's Degree in Philosophy from Boston University, a Master's Degree in Pentecostal/Charismatic History from Oral Roberts University (with specialization in the contribution of women in ministry to Pentecostal/Charismatic Church History); a Master of Religious Education Degree from Oklahoma City University, a Doctor of Laws and Letters Degree from the Wesley Synod (North America), and a Doctor of Ministry Degree from the American Christian College and Seminary.

For more than 60 years Osborn Ministries International has focused on evangelism and missions to the unreached.  Dr. T.L. Osborn, his wife of 53 years Dr. Daisy Washburn-Osborn and daughter Dr. LaDonna Osborn, have spread the Gospel in over 100 nations. They have preached to audiences from 25,000 to 300,000 people with God confirming his word by many astounding miracles. They respond to the words of Jesus when he said, “Peace be unto you.  As my father has sent me, I also send you.” - John 20:21.

The Gospel icon, created by Osborn Ministries International, illustrates the four dramatic events of the Gospel story. It portrays the Gospel of redemption as the central and energizing theme of each distinct Osborn Ministry expression.

1. The tree of life represents God’s creation.

2. The serpent evokes Satan’s deception.

3. The cross portrays Christ’s substitution.

4. And the new blossom signifies our restoration.

The vine is the source of life that wraps itself around the entire story, just like God wraps his love around his eternal plan of redemption from beginning to end.

The Osborns have created and donated thousands of tools for evangelism and they have provided financial sponsorship for over 30,000 national missionaries who have planted churches in remote regions worldwide.  Many of those nationals are among today’s most distinguished and successful Christian leaders that are continuing in Gospel ministry around the world.

Osborn Ministries International has provided dozens of four-wheel-drive vehicles that were equipped with projectors, screens, public address speakers and generators. We also have provided DocuMiracle films and salvation audio tracts in over 130 languages for the purpose of sharing the Gospel of Jesus Christ among the unreached in remote areas around the world.

Today Osborn Ministries International conveys the Gospel globally through face-to-face evangelism, leadership and ministry seminars and institutes.  We distribute tens of thousands of books free, and we are responsible for Bible study courses to thousands of people annually.

Dr. LaDonna Osborn states, “The passion of Jesus drove him to the cross, now his passion drives us to the lost.”

Prior to his passing in 2013, our founder Dr. T.L. Osborn vigorously preached and conducted a mass miracle crusade in India at age 87!  He also taught miracle life seminars, distributed Gospel materials to young Soulwinners and continued to be a prolific writer.  When he was at his home in Tulsa, Oklahoma, he regularly attended our church, International Gospel Center.

After the passing of her mother in 1995, Dr. LaDonna Osborn assumed the prominent roll in the leadership of Osborn Ministries International as CEO, and her active ministry became more visible.  Her recent ministry has included national Gospel seminars and public evangelism Festivals of Prayer & Miracles in nations from Africa to Asia.  Currently Dr. LaDonna’s mission team is responding to invitations from South America, Eurasia, Europe, Africa and into the vast regions of the east. Her leadership continues to expand Osborn Ministries International into areas that were formally untouched by this ministry.  During her Festivals of Faith & Miracles, the love of God is demonstrated as all types of sickness and diseases are healed by God’s power.  The blind regain their sight. The crippled begin walking & running across the platform.  The mute begin speaking.  Plus tens of thousands of men, women & children receive Jesus Christ as their savior at each evangelism event. This is the ultimate goal of this Christ-Centered ministry.

Like the apostle Paul, Dr. LaDonna states, “I am not ashamed of the Gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to everyone who believes.” - Romans 1:16. She believes that the world is the heart of the church, and the church is the hope of the world.

Under the leadership of Dr. LaDonna, Osborn Ministries International is pressing forward to express and propagate the Gospel of Jesus Christ to all people throughout the world.

Our ministry is using the vast Internet communication channels to transmit the Gospel of Christ to places formerly beyond reach. While continuing to conduct face-to-face ministry among the forgotten masses, we are also providing resources such as: books, audio tracts, Bible study courses, teaching series, DocuMiracle videos, ministry DVDs and training courses on our website at osborn.org.  One of the newest additions to our website is our daily 3 to 5 minute eVotions from Dr. LaDonna, and the response to them has been overwhelming.
